How does Referral Partner work?

You recommend FireMenu, and we handle the demo, sale, launch and support. Commission is 100% in month 1, 75% in month 2, 50% in month 3 and 25% in months 4–12. Payments end after month 12.

What does Certified Partner mean?

You sell and implement FireMenu and provide L1 support, while FireMenu assists with L2/L3. After the first three months, commission is 25% without a time limit. You can also sell onboarding, installation, training, support and hardware.

How is commission calculated and paid?

Commission is calculated from amounts actually paid, excluding VAT, refunds and disputed payments, and is paid monthly after the client’s successful payment.

Is there an automatic client discount?

No. A partner may offer a discount from their own reward, but no discount is applied automatically.
