How to set up a multi-user terminal

As you already know, each of your employees can install FireMenu on their phone and take orders directly on their phone. But if your establishment has shared equipment, you can also install FireMenu there.

First, let’s make sure that the PIN codes for the multi-user terminal are specified in your employees' profiles. To do this, go to the "Employees" section and click on the edit icon. The "PIN for multi-user terminal" field should have a 4-digit value. Each employee should know their PIN and use it to log in to the multi-user terminal.

Now let’s install FireMenu on your equipment. For this, open Google Chrome and go to es.firemenu.app. Click “Install App” and log in to the installed app using your phone number. In your profile menu, click “Multi-user Terminal.” Optionally, change the time after which the terminal will lock if there is no interaction, and click “Enable.”

Done. The system has switched to multi-user mode. Now, for your employee to log in, they only need to enter their PIN.
