Registration and/or use of the Service signifies the full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the user (hereinafter referred to as 'You', 'User').

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and other registration data.

By continuing to use the Service after the changes have been made, you confirm your agreement with the new terms of the Agreement.
7.1. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Service shall be resolved through judicial proceedings in the competent courts of Spain.

9.1. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court or other competent authority, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
9.2. The Company's failure or delay in exercising any right provided by this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or limitation of its application in the future.
