Loyalty program

Why it matters: regulars see clear upside from spending more—the more they have already spent with you, the higher automatic discount they can earn, within tiers you define.

The loyalty program is a simple ladder: each step has a minimum amount spent and a discount percent. For individual clients on Determined automatically, the POS picks the tier from amount spent on the profile; after each successful payment linked to that client, amount spent grows by the order total due.

Open SettingsLoyalty program (requires Restaurant settings, same as other tabs there). The Cumulative Discount System switch is a Pro feature—lower plans see an upgrade prompt.

After you enable it

  1. Open SettingsLoyalty program.
  2. Turn on Cumulative Discount System (requires Pro eligibility).
  3. Configure each tier: amount spent threshold plus discount (%).

Fresh venues seed two sample tiers—you should tune them before going live.

Use Save changes at the top when you are done (the button is only active after edits).

Choosing the discount tier

From all steps whose threshold is still below the client’s current amount spent, FireMenu uses the highest one—the best tier they have already crossed.

If spend has not passed the first threshold yet, loyalty adds 0% from the ladder.

Where spent amount comes from

After payment succeeds with a client on the order, their amount spent increases by the total due on that ticket—so future visits can unlock higher tiers.

Managers with the right access can edit amount spent on the client card—see Clients.
