Clients
Why it matters for the venue: faster repeat visits, personal or group discounts, a clean link to the loyalty program, and correct B2B paperwork from saved billing profiles.
Under Marketing → Clients you maintain individual guests (by phone), client groups that share one discount level, and legal entities with invoice-ready details. Attach any of them on the POS when taking an order.
Requires Pro. Clients permission shows the menu item. Add and Edit Clients covers creating and editing cards. Set Personal Discount unlocks discount fields, amount spent, and Remove.

Three tabs
- Clients — individuals.
- Client Groups — named groups with a discount.
- Legal entities — B2B counterparties.
Clients (individuals)
The list shows name and phone. Search by phone number at the top (easy to type with a leading +); after a brief pause the list refreshes for that number.
- Add Client creates a card. The phone number uniquely identifies the card; if it already exists, you see A client with this phone number already exists.
- Edit — pencil icon (requires Add and Edit Clients).
Form fields (title Client):
- Name — required.
- Phone — required; cannot be changed after save.
- Email, address (map), date of birth — optional.
- Discount type:
- Determined automatically — with loyalty on, the percent follows your amount spent rules from loyalty settings;
- Individual discount — always the percent saved on the card (Set Personal Discount required to edit).
- Discount (%) and amount spent — manual stewardship of loyalty inputs; fields stay disabled without Set Personal Discount.
Remove (with confirmation such as deleting this client/group) only appears when Set Personal Discount is granted.
Client groups
Lists name and discount (%). Add Client Group opens name + percent; editing the percent needs Set Personal Discount. Removing a group follows the same rules and confirmation as for individuals.
Legal entities
Grid: name and discount (%). Add legal entity includes:
- entity name and discount (same permission rules as groups);
- Customer information for invoices: legal name, NIF/CIF, address, town/province, postal code, optional payment method, account number, payment deadline.
Each row exposes history of orders: a drawer of paid orders between chosen dates (defaults roughly to the last 30 days). From there you can open bill print or B2B invoice modals when print bill is allowed — see B2B invoices.
How discounts apply
For individuals on Determined automatically with loyalty enabled, the discount follows amount spent on the card. Individual discount ignores loyalty tiers and uses the saved percent on the card.
For groups and legal entities, the saved discount percent on that profile applies to the order-wide client discount.
Client on the POS order
Attaching a client requires Select Client in Order. The Select client modal mirrors the three types: look up an individual by phone, or pick a group / legal entity from lists. After you confirm, the order shows the chosen name, discount, and for legal entities the B2B billing details.
Common issues
- No Clients menu item — missing Clients permission or Pro plan.
- Add / edit disabled — missing Add and Edit Clients.
- Discount fields read-only, no delete — missing Set Personal Discount.
- Automatic discount ignores spend — verify loyalty program and Determined automatically on the card.
- Cannot save new client — phone already exists; edit the existing record instead.
